Mach Series rifles are engineered as a dedicated suppressed shooting system, built to deliver predictable, controllable performance with conventional baffle suppressors.
By deliberately balancing a suppressor-sized gas port, short-dwell mid-length gas system, and matched recoil system, the Mach Series controls cycling behavior, manages recoil impulse, and drives a fast, consistent return to your point of aim after every shot.
The result is a flat, smooth, quick-returning rifle that remains predictable and controllable through extended suppressed strings of fire—without requiring end-user tuning, part swaps, or band-aid fixes.
Barrel
The MACH barrel features a suppressor only gas port, reducing excess gas trapped by traditional cone baffle suppressors. Managing gas at this point brings bolt carrier speeds back to an optimum window, delivering a smooth, flat shooting experience without gas to your face and excess parts wear.
Each MACH barrel is turned from 4150CrMoV ordnance grade barrel steel, chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, and features a gentle taper from chamber to gas block - keeping mass where you need it to combat the heat generated from suppressed shooting.
MACH barrels feature ⅝”-24 threads with a 25° taper shoulder, increasing rigidity of the suppressor mount and reducing potential for baffle and endcap strikes. The 25° taper shoulder provides excellent friction for direct thread suppressor mounts, reducing weight, complexity, and cost.
Tuned Recoil System
Each Mach rifle pairs its suppressor-sized gas port with a matched carbine length buffer system — specifically weighted and sprung to balance the reduced gas volume — ensuring smooth cycling, consistent extraction, and reliable feeding across extended suppressed strings.
Bolt Carrier Group
Each Mach Series rifle is built around our Classic Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, assembled and validated in-house to ensure consistent gas efficiency and predictable cycling behavior. Featuring a Carpenter 158 bolt that is high-pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected, the BCG is dimensionally controlled to optimize internal clearances and maximize energy transfer from the gas system.
Gas keys are surfaced, sealed, torqued, and mechanically staked to prevent leakage and loosening under sustained suppressed use. The result is a smoother-running, more consistent rifle that maintains reliability under the most demanding use cases.
