Why Alpine Research is Different
Every Rifle is Built to a Process, Not a Price Point
Unlike conventional manufacturers who assemble rifles from bins of parts, every Alpine Research rifle begins with 100% dimensional inspection of every component. Bolts and carriers are measured and grouped by size to control the internal clearances that determine gas efficiency, cycling behavior, and rifle-to-rifle consistency.
Every gas key is surfaced flat, sealed, torqued, and staked in-house. Every completed bolt carrier group is fire-test validated before it enters inventory or gets installed in a rifle.
This level of process control produces rifles that waste less gas energy, cycle more predictably, and remain remarkably uniform from gun to gun—eliminating the performance swings common in factory production.
