Bolt Carrier Group

A quality bolt carrier group is found at the heart of any reliable AR-15.

At Alpine Research, our AR-15 bolt carrier groups are built around proven mil-spec architecture, then refined through tighter dimensional control, in-house assembly, and individual validation that goes far beyond industry norms.

We proudly conduct 100% parts level inspection, assemble every single bolt carrier group in house, then fire test prior to placing a bolt carrier group into our rifles or offering it for sale.

Our Enhanced Chrome Lined BCG stays true to the M16 TPD while further enhancing reliability in suppressed environments with high quality Sprinco extractor and ejector springs, as well as Sprinco rings.  Our Enhanced Chrome Lined BCG is standard in the Mach series dedicated suppressed rifle.

The DLC bolt carrier group is a further enhancement of our Enhanced Chrome Lined carrier, featuring an ultra low friction Diamond Like Coating on the exterior of the carrier body and bolt.  The DLC BCG comes standard in our flagship Apollo series short barrel rifle.
